How we got started:
Like a growing number of folks with small children, our children were allergic to store bought cows milk. After switching to goats milk from the store, we saw a MAJOR improvement in their overall health and decided to take things to the next level and purchase our own small Alpine herd consisting of 4 does. These milkers have provided our family with a great supply of fresh milk and hours of enjoyment as our children get to experience what it means to care for animals. As things progressed, we kept looking for ways to expand our farm instead of just leasing it out. So after lots of research and time watching the markets, we settled on kikos for their genetic characteristics. Since we were just starting the kiko herd we wanted some of the top genetic producers as this truly means more than the paper registry. The focus of our farm is to produce top quality, high producing bucks that folks can purchase to add to their existing herd. Our goal is to provide bucks that will add more weight faster with an end result to make your herd more productive.

A special thanks to Paul Morgan, owner of 2M Boer Goats, who hasn't missed a beat and has been helping us manage our Kikos. Paul and Kim have done some great work to improve and produce some great commercial and show goats.
Also Check out Jen Newell at Kikos "R" Us for some hardy commercial goats!!
